How do our maintenance plans work?

Each plan has a maximum time limit per month. We keep a log for each client, and every time a client requests a change to their site, we time how long it takes us to make those changes.  We then add that time to the log. If your time goes over for the month, specific prices will be discussed with the client. You will have access to view all of your logs so you can see how much time you have used, and how much time you have left. We then add that time to the log.
